Amici Curiae presentados por nosotras

Amicus Curiae (from the Latin, friends of the court), third party or citizen interventions, refer to the possibility a person or organization, not a party to the judicial process, has to intervene through submitting information on a particular issue (legal or non-legal) relevant to the case that may assist the judge or court in the consideration and resolution of the object of the case.

Amici curiae (del latín, Amigos de la Corte), coadyuvancias, intervenciones ciudadanas o intervenciones de terceros.

Se refiere a la posibilidad que tiene una persona (natural o jurídica) que no es parte directa en un proceso judicial de intervenir mediante la entrega de información sobre un punto de derecho o algún otro aspecto del caso que pueda asistir al juez o Corte en el estudio y resolución de la materia objeto del proceso.
